TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PETER ANSLOW PHOTOGRAPHY (Updated on 23rd May 2018)
All details of the wedding coverage will be planned in consultation with the client.
Peter Anslow shall be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified.
Peter Anslow will edit every take and deliver what he considers to be the best of every situation covered.
As a result, contact sheets (or their digital equivalent) will only be supplied to the client in exceptional circumstances.
Images of no value, i.e. Pictures with poor expressions, blinking etc; shall be deleted.
If bought in products (for example, albums or photo mounts) are not available to the exact specification as initially discussed items of equal quality will be substituted.
In the event of illness or incapacity which would prevent Peter Anslow from carrying out the commission he will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given.
If a replacement photographer cannot be made available liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure i.e. during exposure or processing, the photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Neither party shall be liable for indirect consequential loss.
A deposit of £95 will be required at the time of booking the selected service.
The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding service.
The deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation. If a cancellation is received less than TWO MONTHS prior to the wedding date, the full amount will be payable.
The booking is not confirmed until a full deposit is received.
All packages are to be paid in full TWO WEEKS before the selected wedding date.
A fee of £15.00 will be made for each account reminder, duplicate invoice, or any other paperwork, correspondence or phone calls involved with the pursual of a debt.
This fee is non-refundable, and represents the additional time spent pursuing overdue invoices.
Peter Anslow reserves the right to use any images taken during the day for publicity or marketing purposes as long as consent is given by you, the client.
PAYMENT
Payment should be made by cash OR BACS. Payment by credit or debit card can be made online.
Please do not send any cash through the post.
COPYRIGHT
The Copyright of all the photographs produced is retained by Peter Anslow and it is a criminal offence to make copies from them by any means including video under the terms of the COPYRIGHT, DESIGNS and PATENTS ACTS 1988. Original files remain the property of Peter Anslow.
Printing rights and rights for use on Social media is granted for the digital files provided.
